Atlanta Hawks Acquire Kirk Hinrich From Wizards
In a deal that was absolutely overshadowed by the historic transactions involving Carmelo Anthony and Deron Williams, the Atlanta Hawks shook up their struggling backcourt by acquiring Kirk Hinrich from the Washington Wizards. The Hawks as well received forward Hilton Armstrong in replace for guards Mike Bibby and Jordan Crawford, forward Maurice Evans and a first round pick in the 2011 NBA Draft. Atlanta is hoping to shake up a lineup that started the season power but slumped heading into the All Star Break.
